Responsibilities:
- Minimum of 6+ years of Salesforce development experience, with at least 1 year specifically focused on nCino Bank Operating System Application.
Salesforce Development Skills:
- Proficient in Apex programming, Apex triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Ability to create and manage robust, scalable solutions within the Salesforce platform.
nCino Expertise:
- Hands-on experience configuring nCino UI, including UI Groups, Routes, and Screens.
- Knowledge in configuring product catalogs, product packages, entities involvement, exposure, collateral management, and covenants.
- Deep understanding of nCino’s Loan Origination processes and Core Banking Services (Deposits, Lending, Digital Banking).
Banking Knowledge:
- In-depth understanding of commercial or business banking processes, including the end-to-end credit cycle.
- Ability to participate in business architecture design sessions and facilitate discussions on requirements and solution architecture.
Solution Design:
- Capable of developing high-level designs based on business requirements, creating prototypes, and demonstrating solution approaches.
- Skilled in implementing no-code solutions using Salesforce configurations (e.g., Flows, Process Builders, Workflow Rules).
Soft Skills:
- Excellent planning, organizational, time management, and communication (both written and verbal) skills.
- Agile Methodology:
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies, particularly SCRUM, to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and ensure timely project delivery.
