Key Responsibilities:
- Review business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications for Pega applications.
- Prepare and execute UAT test cases and test scenarios based on business workflows.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders to schedule and conduct UAT sessions.
- Validate Pega case types, workflows, decision rules, integrations, and reports.
- Log, track, and manage defects using tools like JIRA or ALM.
- Perform regression testing before UAT sign-off.
- Support end-users during UAT cycles and provide clarification on system behavior.
- Ensure traceability between requirements and test cases.
- Prepare UAT summary reports and obtain business sign-off.
- Collaborate with Pega Developers and Business Analysts for defect resolution.
